Contract
All orders are accepted subject to these terms and conditions which shall apply to all contracts. Any variation shall not be applicable unless agreed in writing by the Seller.
Taxes and Duty
If you are ordering from outside the European Union you will not have to pay VAT (Value Added Tax) but you may have to pay local taxes when the goods enter your country or state.
Value Added Tax is an EU sales tax, which is currently is 20% in the U.K. and must be paid by all customers resident in the United Kingdom or EU countries. The only exception is VAT registered companies in the EU States that are able to supply a valid VAT number.
If the goods are to be delivered to an address outside the European Union, you may be liable for local duties/taxes at the point of import. These are outside the control of the seller and are your responsibility should they arise. The duty/tax rate varies considerably from country to country.
Shipping
Subject to stock availability, complete orders are normally shipped within 4-8 weeks. Certain circumstances such as large quantities or special requirements may result in a delay in shipment. We endeavor to deliver all goods within 90 days of receipt of order. Shipping, freight charges and insurance will be paid by the customer.
Delivery times quoted shall not be deemed to an essence of the contract and the seller shall not be liable for any losses or expenses incurred in relation to failure to meet the stated delivery time. Notwithstanding any such delay the customer shall remain responsible for accepting delivery when tendered.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all goods manufactured by G24 Power Limited have a limited warranty period of one year from ship date against any defect in materials or construction.
General Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability
G24 Power Limited makes no warranty, either expressed or implied with respect to any product, and specifically disclaims all other warranties including warranties for merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for any particular purpose. G24 Powers’ sole obligation and liability for product defects shall be, at G24 Powers option, to replace such defective product or refund to customer the amount paid by customer therefore, in no event shall G24 Powers’ liability exceed the buyers’ purchase price.
The foregoing remedy shall be subject to the buyer’s written notification of defect and return of defective product (within 90 days of purchase). The foregoing remedy does not apply to products that have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or modification. In no event shall G24 Power Limited be liable to the buyer or to any other third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages (including without limitation lost profits, lost savings, or loss of business opportunity) arising out of or relating to any product or service provided or to be provided or the use or inability to use the same.
The goods shall be at the customers’ risk as from delivery, but in spite of delivery having been made legal title to all goods supplied shall remain with the seller until the customer has paid in full for said goods.
Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
G24 Power will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
Rights of Withdrawal
G24 Power reserves the right to withdraw this offer.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
