Executive Committee

The G24 Power Executive Committee is the body created by the Board of Directors to improve the bonds between the Board and the Executive Team. This enables the Executive Team to be a part of strategic planning process.

Dr Yury Beylin Chairman of the Executive Committee

Dr Beylin is a UK based consultant and private investor in renewable energies, energy saving, and conservation. He is a former member of the Board of Directors and the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Yukos Oil Company.

Previous roles at Yukos Oil Company include President of Oil Exploration and Production, Vice President – Director of Engineering, and as the Director of Oil Field Services.

Dr Beylin has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the State Scientific Research and Design Institute for Rare Metal Industry (GIREDMET), Moscow and earned a degree with Honors in Electronics EngineeringÂ from the Moscow Institute of Fine Chemical Technology.
