Andrew Martin Director

Andrew Martin has founded, owned, operated and invested in a diverse range of businesses for more than 30 years. He is an active venture capital and private equity investor for prominent and unique projects and makes socially-responsible contributions within essential industries such as energy production, medical devices, real estate and sustainable agriculture.

His early experience was in corporate finance at Olin Corporation, a then Fortune 500 company, followed by his founding a business-jet and commercial aircraft leasing company.

Andrew graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. General Science and a MBA Finance & Accounting.

Dr. Yafim Mendiuk Director

Dr. Mendiuk has more than 30 years of senior executive management experience in leading international engineering and  manufacturing companies. Recently he was Vice President at Yukos Oil Company, responsible for the strategic acquisition and the merger of synergistic global business organizations.

Prior to his work at Yukos, Dr.Mendiuk was Vice President of Bateman Project Holdings Ltd., a global leader in Natural Resources processing technologies. He was responsible for company’s activities and Business Development in Eastern Europe and former CIS countries.
